Fill the forms

Ask the assistant for an agency air-permit form for New Mexico, Texas, Utah, or Colorado. It lists the matching forms, then opens the agency's own blank — a Word form, a workbook, or a fillable PDF — in the editor and fills it in place from the facility and emissions details you provide. You watch the fields land, edit anything yourself, and download the agency's own document. Each answer keeps the citation that backs it, shown as a dot on the form.

Two cases have no file to fill: a form submitted through an agency portal, and a flat scanned PDF with no fillable layer. For those, the assistant gathers the answers and hands them to you to enter against the official form.
