Workflows

Saved flows for recurring tasks.

A workflow is a saved set of instructions for repeat work. RegPermit includes workflows for air quality tasks. You can save your own.

Three kinds

Assistant

A saved prompt that runs as a normal chat turn, such as Applicability Determination. The answer can include generated documents.

Pipeline

An ordered procedure you draw as a graph. Each step names its tools and its deliverable, and a run shows a live checklist and progress panel as it works through them.

Tabular

A fixed set of questions run across many documents. Results come back as a grid, one row per document.

Included workflows

RegPermit ships with these, grouped by category:

  • Air Permitting: Applicability Determination, Permit Application Completeness Review, Extract Structured Fields from Regulations, Pre-Submittal Gap Review (Act as the Agency), Top-Down BACT / RBLC Analysis, Title V Permit Review, Storage Tank Applicability (Subpart Kb / OOOO)

The list is deliberately short. Anything not on it — a permit narrative, an NOD response, a stack test protocol, a subpart summary — you ask the assistant for directly; a workflow only earns a slot when the same request keeps coming back.

Custom workflows

Copy a RegPermit workflow or start from a blank one. Edit the prompt, the graph, or the columns and save it for reuse. Each workflow carries category tags so the list stays sortable, and an assistant workflow can keep files attached — a firm template, an example deliverable — that load automatically on every run.
